Some of the senior management team at Elephant Auto Insurance recently went through two-week customer service training, culminating in the team taking real, live calls from customers!The group was guided by the excellent training skills of Customer Service Trainer, Taylor Barnes.
They dealt with a variety of customers and situations- from the patient and understanding retiree to the customer in a hurry who needed their issue resolved in a timely manner. The management team came away with many ideas for system and process improvements as well as a greater understanding of the daily life of a customer service agent.
