How do I make a payment?

Pay your bill faster and easier online with myElephant. Log in to your account or sign up for myElephant to make an online payment. Why did my auto insurance rate change after I received a quote?

There are several factors that could influence why your car insurance rate changed between the time you received your quote and the time you decided to purchase your policy. If you received a quote recently, it’s possible something on your driving record prompted a change in the quoted price. If it’s been a few months since you received your quote, it’s possible we revised our rates, which could decrease or increase the price you pay for auto insurance. What happens if I make a payment on a due date?

If a payment is received on the day it is due, we will credit it the day it is received. However, a Cancellation Notice may still go out even though the payment has been received. If you receive any such notice after making a payment at /on the due date, it is advisable to confirm that the payment was received.

What if my auto insurance payments are past due?

If a payment is past due, a late fee will be assessed after the “grace period” (grace periods may vary by state). A Cancellation Notice including the effective date and time of the cancellation will be sent to you. If payment is still not received by the cancellation effective date & time, the policy will cancel.
