Elephant customers are able to manage their policy online through myElephant, a one-stop-shop for all of your auto insurance policy needs.

We appreciate your feedback as we continue to add new functionality to myElephant. At this time myElephant does not include claims, but this functionality will be available soon! In the meantime, you can still use the existing system to file or view a claim online.

Make a payment

Pay your Elephant Auto Insurance bill online with myElephant. Simply log in and click on “Make a Payment”. It’s quick, easy, and secure.

Request your documents

Submit a request to easily access your Insurance ID cards and policy documents straight from your inbox. Be sure to have your policy number handy.
