How do I make an online payment?
You can pay your bill using a check, credit or debit card.
Navigate to the payment page:
- Click the green “Make Payment” button on the Policy or Payment page.
How do I register for automatic payments?
Keep things simple and enroll in Automatic Payments! You can register for Automatic Payments using a check, credit or debit card.
Set up automatic payments by clicking the “Enroll today!” link on the Policy or Payment page.
What if I need to make a change to my Automatic Payments?
To change the account or card where your automatic payments are withdrawn please visit your account page in myElephant or call 1-877-321-9911.

I just made a payment. How long will it take to update payment status?
If you made a payment using your credit or debit card it may take 1-2 business days for your payment status to update on myElephant.
If you made a payment using your checking or savings account, it may take 3-5 business days for your bank to process the payment. Once the funds have been received, your payment status will be updated in myElephant.
Where can I view my bills?
To view your bills, go to the Payment page using the navigation bar at the top of the screen. Click the “Documents” drop down to view or print.
You will need Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view or print your documents. If you do not have Adobe Reader, it’s easy and safe to install. Visit Adobe’s website and click “Install now”.
How do I access my billing history?
Navigate to your billing history using one of these options:
- Go to the Payment page using the navigation bar at the top of the screen. Your billing history is located on the first tab at the bottom of the page.
- On the Policy page click the “View billing history” link in the upper right-hand corner of the billing section.
Where can I view my payment history?
Go to the Payment page using the navigation bar at the top of the screen.Your payment history is located on the second tab at the bottom of the page.
How do I find my upcoming payments?
Go to the Payment page using the navigation bar at the top of the screen. A list of your upcoming payments is located on the third tab at the bottom of the page.
