How do I register for my Elephant?

Registering for myElephant is easy. You’ll just need to provide a few pieces of information and create a password. It’s that simple! Be sure to have your auto insurance policy number handy. Sign up today!

What information will I need to register?

You will need the following information to create your myElephant account:

  • Your Elephant Auto Insurance policy number
  • The Primary Policy Holder’s last name
  • The Primary Policy Holder’s birth date
  • Your email address

Who is the Primary Policy Holder?

The Primary Policy Holder is the member of your household who is named on the policy identification cards. If you’re not sure who the Primary Policy Holder is, please refer to your insurance identification card. The Primary Policy Holder is the “Insured Named”, not an additional driver (if applicable).

How do I access my account?

If you already registered for myElephant, you’ll just need the email address and password you used when creating your account. Log in.

How do I register if there are multiple drivers on the policy?

You must use the Primary Policy Holder’s last name and birth date to create a myElephant account.

I’m having a hard time changing my password. What should I do?

Try these tips to update your password successfully:

  • Use a password that consists of at least eight characters and includes at least one uppercase letter (A-Z), one lowercase letter (a-z) and a digit (0-9).
  • Make sure you’re re-entering your new password in the “Confirm Password” field exactly as you entered it the first time.

I requested a new password. When can I expect to receive it via email?

You should receive the password reset email within one hour of submitting a request. If you do not receive an email within that time period, try these tips to reset your password successfully:

  • Check your SPAM folder. If myElephant emails are being categorized as junk email, please add us to your address book or safe sender list.
  • Your password reset email will be sent to the email address associated with your Elephant Auto Insurance policy. If you used a different email address to register your myElephant account, you’ll need to check the email address we have on file.
