Where is my policy information located?

Navigate to your policy information by clicking the “View policy details” button on the Policy page. Select “Policy-Level Coverages” to see details about your policy.

How do I see which vehicles are covered on my policy?

You can view a list of your covered vehicles using one of these options:

  • A list of your vehicle(s) is located under “Vehicle Coverages” on the Policy page. Click on a vehicle to see specific coverage amounts.
  • Click the “View policy details” button on the Policy page. Select “Vehicle Coverages” and click on a vehicle to see details.

I have Roadside Assistance. Where can I find my ID cards?

Navigate to your Roadside Assistance ID Cards by clicking the “View policy details” button on the Policy page. Your Roadside Assistance ID Cards are located under the “Documents” section.

You will need Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view or print your documents. If you do not have Adobe Reader, it’s easy and safe to install. Visit Adobe’s website and click “Install now”.

Where is my declarations page?

Click the “View policy details” button on the Policy page. Your declarations document is located under the “Documents” section.

How can I view or print my Insurance ID Cards?

Your ID cards are located on the Policy Details page under the “Documents” section. You can navigate here quickly by clicking “View/Print ID Cards” on the Policy page or under the Quick Links section on the sidebar.

I’m not able to view my documents. Why won’t the page load?

How do I report a claim?

At this time, you cannot report a new claim or view an active claim on myElephant, but this functionality is coming soon! In the meantime you can still report or view claims using our existing online Claims Center.
