Elephant launched October 2009 and has been growing ever since. What we do
In simple terms, we provide car insurance. We help to limit the risks faced by each and everyone one of our 3.7 million customers worldwide. And in spite of a challenging market, we’ve continued to grow from strength to strength. Our approach has been driven by innovation, hard work, and collective capabilities of our talented workforce. We continue to look at the challenges our customers face and find solutions to help them and keep us successful.

To help keep communication open, transparent, and two way, there are no offices in the Group and managers regularly meet with staff from across the business.
Everyone contributes to the business and so everyone is equal, regardless of seniority or length of service; we don’t believe in company cars or executive rooms.
