Employee Sweepstakes Submission

Find the Elephant in the Room is a monthly sweepstakes open to Elephant employees age 18 or older who are legal residents of the United States. You must be a current employee of Elephant and follow Elephant on Facebook and Instagram to enter.

The sweepstakes occurs monthly, with an elephant hidden in one to three graphics of our Instagram posts per month. Each hidden elephant will appear in a separate post. Tell us the date of the post and generally where you see the elephant, such as the upper left corner.

You may enter as many times per month as there are hidden elephants that month (e.g. three entries for a month with three hidden elephants), and only one correct answer per hidden elephant will be counted. Wrong answers will not be counted. Once you’ve successfully submitted your correct answer, you will be entered into a raffle to win a $100 gift card. The winner will be chosen at random.

The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. There will be one chance per month to win. No purchase is necessary to win.

    Terms and conditions

  • Elephant Insurance Service LLC’s “Find the Elephant in the Room” monthly sweepstakes is only open to employees of Elephant Insurance Services, LLC, age 18 and older and legal residents of the United States. To be eligible, employees must be current employees at the time of entry and at the time the winner is chosen. To participate, employees must also follow Elephant Insurance on Facebook or Instagram.
  • Each round of the sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on the first day of the month and conclude at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of the month. The sweepstakes will have 12 rounds, with one opportunity to win per month, running from April 2022 to March 2023.
  • Each round of the sweepstakes consists of 1-3 hidden elephants per month in an Instagram and Facebook post, with one hidden elephant per post. Each guess on a post will equal one entry into the sweepstakes, so an employee could potentially have up to 3 entries depending on the number of hidden elephants that month. Multiple entries that exceed the defined number of hidden elephants that month will not be counted. On months with one hidden elephant, there is a maximum of one entry per employee. On months with two hidden elephants, there is a maximum of two entries per employee. And on months with three hidden elephants, there is a maximum of three entries per employee.
  • To enter each round, the employee must submit their entry on the designated web form detailing which post the hidden elephant is in. If there is an opportunity to enter more than once and they would like to, the employee must again visit the web form and submit their answer.
  • There will be a total of 12 (twelve) winners chosen at random, one per round. Each round of the sweepstakes will close on the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m. Each winner will be announced on Microsoft Teams on the first business day of each new month. Winners will also be notified by email.
  • The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received.
  • Prize: Each winner shall receive a gift card worth $100.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
  • Gift cards are considered taxable income and are subject to tax through payroll.
  • This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Participants hereby release Facebook and Instagram of any liability associated with this contest.
